Opening a 1031 Exchange

To begin your process of a 1031 Exchange, email or fax the following information:

• Purchase/Sales Agreement or document showing that a transaction is taking place.
• Copy of the Title Commitment or Warranty Deed showing the current owner(s).
• Your information - name, address, phone number, email address and any other contact information you deem necessary.
• The buyer's contact information - name, address, phone number, email, etc.
• The closing company/agent's contact information - name, address, phone number, email, etc.

We make it easy! We will then contact the closing agent and provide them with instructions. Upon closing, you will sign additional documents that we have provided. After closing, the funds are wired to Bancorp Bank, or any other financial institution we have made arrangements with at the time, and held.
